PRINT-CUT & WEED TRANSFER FOR DARK COLORED FABRICS

DESCRIPTION

Print-cut and weed transfer paper Shock Line for colored fabrics. It’s versatile and elastic and perfect for cutting even complex images. FC BLANC is printer friendly and gives excellent cromatic results. Suitable for cotton and other natural or synthetic colored fabrics such as silk, satin, polyester and Lycra. Ideal for t-shirts, shoppers, caps and work apparel.

STEPS

  • Print in straight mode.

Without cutting:

  • Remove the liner.

  • Press at 145 °C (293 °F)

  • Time: 15"-20"

  • Pressure: 4- 5atm/medium-high

If cutting:

  1. Application tape: use a suitable heat proof (A.T.900)

  2. Protect with a double layer of polyester cloth (MA STUOI 04)

  3. Press at 150 °C (302 °F)

  4. Time: 20"-22"

  5. Pressure: 4- 5atm/medium-high.

  6. Remove the application tape when cold.

  7. Press again for 15" with adhesive-proof tissue paper.

Wash

Inside out at 30 °C (80 °F).

80 °C (170 °F) whashing resistence with FO PRO90.
